Monthly rent is $2500.00 in addition to a non-refundable $100.00 cleaning fee and a refundable $500.00 security deposit. No pets, no smoking.

The AZ room includes a sofa sleeper, stack washer and dryer in addition to a 3/4 bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and an outdoor BBQ grill. All linens, towels, paper products and cleaning supplies are provided. The monthly rent charge includes internet service, antenna TV service and the first $100.00 per month in electricity. Carriage Manor RV Resort offers a wide variety of activities and amenities. Enjoy the sunny AZ spring from this clean and comfortable 800 sq. ft. park model. The park model owner is local.
