Rental Terms:

Monthly rent is $2100.00 in addition to a non-refundable $100.00 cleaning fee and a refundable $500.00 security deposit. No pets, no smoking.

A beautiful park model in top rated Carriage Manor RV Resort, available October 1 to December 28, 2025. The park model is fully furnished with a queen size bed, four recliners and two televisions. The AZ room includes a sofa sleeper, full size washer and dryer in addition to a half bath. The galley kitchen, with a dishwasher, is fully stocked. All linens, towels, paper products and cleaning supplies are provided. The monthly rent charge includes internet service, antenna TV service and the first $100.00 per month in electricity. Carriage Manor RV Resort offers a wide variety of activities and amenities. Enjoy the sunny AZ fall from this clean and comfortable 800 sq. ft. park model. Not available January, February or March 2026. The park model owner is local.
